Katie couldn't get enough of the slide! We had to drag her away to see the animals and buy hot apple cider. As we walked through the parking lot on our way out, Katie saw the slide again...and through a mini-tantrum because she wanted to go back!
We met the Puccis at Ebert's Farm over the weekend. Katie and Gianna enjoyed spending the afternoon in the wagon. We went to story time, petted the animals, and played on the slide.
We woke up to a frosty 28 degrees this morning! Yesterday, I wondered how much longer our impatiens would last. This is no longer a question! Oh, and as I was putting Katie down for a nap yesterday, I looked out the window and saw...snowflakes.
Who knew that German farmers bring their cattle down from the Alpine Meadows to spend the winter in a less harsh climate? Maybe German cows are the happiest cows--not California cows!
