There was an air show this past weekend near our house on Sat and Sun. I enjoyed the free show as the planes (biplanes, WWII to modern jets) stormed across the sky over our house. Here are some pics. The jet flew really fast and put my camera to the test.
On Sunday the girls (mostly Katie) and I gave Shadow a bath outside after her haircut. Katie really liked it, Shadow not so much and Chloe just watched from a safe distance.
Chloe is trying to stay awake long enough to eat her strawberries. Katie mean while decides to sing a song from Winnie the Pooh (the rain came down and flooded Piglets house)
Ashley and I went to Madison this past weekend and grandma watched the girls. They spent a lot of time outdoors playing. The girls even helped our neighbors plant their garden.
Katie and I made some snowmen last weekend before all the snow melted. Well today we are getting three more inches of snow, so I guess the snowmen will be around for awhile.
Snowmen from left to right are: daddy, gamma (grandma), mommy, Chloe, Katie and Shadow.
Our child is a genius or just plain lucky. Katie was sitting at my computer watching videos while I went upstairs to change Chloe. I came down and saw this on my computer screen. Now mind you, when I left only the RSS reader was up.
So there you go. Katie's first google search was for the word have. How she opened up Safari and managed to spell "have" correctly is beyond me.
People are starting to ask about Chloe's first birthday party, and I'm having a hard time coming up with a wish list of gifts. After all, who needs gifts when the simplest things give the most fun?
